2022-

I’m not sorry about loving this one. It’s fun, unique and got a stellar cast. And, just the right amount of Haddish. Zoe Chao is finally given reigns to show her full range and I am loving it. Ben Schwartz delights as usual. Ike rules and Franco brings his best per usual. The unique thing about this show is every episode features a different genre and they somewhat pull it off.

Mood: Staying up late with familiar faces.

Rating: A fun twist on a whodunnit.

2022-

Maya Rudolph hasn’t missed a beat-especially when it comes to comedy. We come for her schtick and are always surprised. There are some unique moments in this comedy and we are here for it. Especially the breakdowns.

Mood: Any.

Rating: Middle of the watch list.

2019-

A mere watch to see what everyone was talking about. Not reinventing the wheel, but the performances save it. Nothing life-changing, but didn’t regret the watch either.

Mood: Intense drama and conflict of morals.
Rating: Not mad at it.

2020-

This one is just barrels of fun. How could it not be with Rob?! The supporting cast is stellar, and you don’t have to know anything about gaming to fully appreciate the show and its premise.

Mood: Goofball performances and situations.

Rating: Rob + Co brings their A-Game.

2022-

The story unfolds slowly, so be prepared if you’re used to action packed shows and bask in the anticipation of this psychological thriller. Brilliant writing and terrific acting. It’s like a Charlie-Kauffman-built nightmare.

Mood: Funny, Ominous + Distopian.

Rating: Black Mirror Lite.

2023-

The emotional intelligence of Ted Lasso, moved from the field to the headspace.

Mood: Needing a realistic pick-me-up.

Rating: Make an appointment asap.

2020-

Highlighting this one for obvious reasons. If you’ve seen it, move along. If you have it, move IT along to watching this emotional gem.

Mood: All. Especially a treat for needing a pick-me-up.

Rating: The huge hug from an old friend you didn’t know you needed.

2020-

Like a majority of AppleTv shows, this one went right under the radar. It’s especially surprising considering the cast and performances. It covers an insane amount of issues such as alcoholism, deceit and trafficking with care and ease. Definitely not one to pick up when desiring light viewing.

Mood: Dark and Gloom while watching top performers

Rating: A sleeper worth waking up for
